  • Damaged Products: Despite our meticulous packaging efforts, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you. Please ensure not to open the packaging and promptly email us with images or a video of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Incorrect Product Received: In the rare event of receiving the wrong product, please notify us immediately by emailing us. We will rectify the error by shipping the correct product within 7-14 working days.

Return and Refund Policy:

  • Unopened Products: Once the product packaging is opened, we regret that we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Therefore, please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before opening the packaging.
